Personal Creations is the worst ever

I had nothing but problems from them. Dealing with an order, has never been so hard. I have received letters that their products are out of stock and they cannot even stop the payment on my credit card. They had a horrible manager as well as the customer service rep. The manager would not give me her last name and would not give me any information as to where I would get further assistance. She also accused me of lying about what her rep had said and that the rep did not give me the merchant ID # over the phone which I clearly have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I agree with you!! also I get charged $11.99 from a company called "Simply Mine" and when I called to dispute, they tell me that when I placed an order with Personal Creations, I signed up for there service. I did not sign up for anything!! they suck!
