If you're still looking for help in dealing with problems from Personal Creations, and it looks like there are many of you, try filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at chicago.bbb.org. It worked for me. And, remember to learn from your mistake (as I did) and never trust or use this company again.
There are other more reputable companies out there that provide quality service, aren't rude, and actually care about their customers. As for the person who posted "I love Personal Creations", that had to have been someone from the company itself! Take a look at the bulk of the comments and you'll find that's not the case for a vast number of extremely disappointed customers who feel completely ripped off.
