I placed an order 4/3/2012 for a personalized easter basket for my grandson in Hawaii I paid over thirty dollars in shipping and they charged my account two months later causing me to incur an overdraft fee. The company offered me twenty dollars off my next order for the error, I'll pass they suck!!!! This company is very dishonest and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and encourage others to do the same because after two emails and one phone call it's evident they have no interest in customer satisfaction or good business practices.

Monetary Loss: $20.
