Received Order with scratch on ornament
I called Personal Creations immediately after receiving my order today because I found that one of the ornaments I ordered has a white scratch right on the front of it. I tried using their AI iMessage area, and it would not let me send a message or add any photo. When I called the phone number and finally got through, I then received what sounded like a live person telling me that all their lines are busy and to please call back later.

This has happened to me a number of times. When I go in to purchase something at a certain price, when I put in a code for a percentage off, all of a sudden, the original price of the item goes up. I hope that others have noticed this when they are checking out.

Don't buy any wooden products like cutting boards
I ordered a wood cutting board 6 months ago. It is now warped.
I contacted them and sent a photo. They said the warranty is 30 days and could do nothing; the board is terrible.

Product looks nothing like image submitted.
The site showed examples of exact copies of photos on products, including the throws. My throw is almost unrecognizable as the image I provided.
The item has large sized pixelations that were not visible on examples on the site.
I am very disappointed. Will never order from them again.Do
