Recipient should not be billed!
I am not sure how this happened but when I placed the order I entered my Visa number and my name/address for payment. I separately entered the "ship to" as the recipient's address.
When I got the confirmation it said the recipient would be billed. This is a bereavement gift. I called your customer service and they told me since the payment was already made via my credit card that the recipient would not be billed.
Please re-confirm. Thank you.

Obviously people buy for babys for future events. I bought for my first grandson Christmas.
And he cant use it til about the eight month. Pull it out used it for first time and handle snapped off

It's a rip-off.
Wanted it for a wedding gift. I was going to order for another wedding, but I doubt it now.

They are obviously a fraud. Got my order and realized the spelling on one name was spelled wrong.
Looked up how to return. It said to send an email so I did that. No response. I called and the said to leave a message and someone would get back to me.
Left a message. Never heard from them.

I am a state employee and i have so many of your personalized cups in my office. My colleagues love them.
I have made 2 attempts to order a personalize cup for the remainder of my colleagues to give them at our holiday meeting on December 5, 2023.
You have advertised the snowflake mug starting at 4.99 and once I spoke with Kimberly over the phone for clarity, the cups are starting at 9.99.
For the very fist time, Personal Creations has REALLY disappointed me with FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS, as there is absolutely nothing once I click on that mug for 4.99.
I've REALLY depended on your company for many years!

I ordered a graduation banner and I didnt like it the number are covering the picture. I need help I need a refund the product didnt come out good.
I have sent multiple email, and spoke with different people and nothing.

Unreliable shipping and poor customer service
The birthday banner arrived 5 days late. Personal Creations did nothing to rectify the situation. I will never use that company again
Paid for overnight shipping. Item has t even shipped as of the promised delivery date; customer service told me it could be up to five days late.
Why did I pay an astronomical amount for overnight shipping?? I dont need the item five days past the promised delivery date. This company is all about the money grab and doesnt stand behind their products or service.
Not worth the hassle no matter how cute the item looks. Save your hard earned cash.

Didnt even have this out in the winter weather. It was out under my (covered) porch about 6 months total and it peeled all around the edges and completely in the clear of hitting anything.
I contacted them and said they have to have the invoice number to replace it. I explained that my ex daughter in law got it for me last year when my mother passed away. WHO wants to ask someone for an invoice number from a person that gave a bereavement gift?
I showed them pictures. This hangs from the bottom of a wind chime.

The picture that was delivered was very blurry and not good quality. The frame had damage in several places and there was some pink paint that wasnt supposed to be there on the painting in one spot as well.
I called in and the customer service rep was very helpful and kind.
Unfortunately, the company wouldnt have been able to send a new one in time (by next Saturday for my families Christmas celebration), so they provided me with a generous refund. I appreciated the compensation for the issues/damages.

I waited on phone door 15 minutes for customer service. When they finally answered I could hear her but she couldnt hear me.
It was something on your end. Then she told me she was disconnecting the call.
I think she should have called right back but no call. I had to start all over
